ABOUT

I am Jesse Pisel, a leader in geoscience and AI. I build AI models that predict subsurface formations, mapping the unseen layers of the earth. My code finds patterns in data where others see only noise. My wheels trace paths through wild places, past jagged peaks cutting the sky, beside deep aquamarine lakes perfect for mirroring the clouds. The work demands precision. The adventure demands grit. Both reward a sharp eye and a willingness to look closer.

I drive change by making tools others can use. Open source is my foundation. Transparency builds trust. I share the code. I share the knowledge. But the best trails are sometimes the ones not yet on any map, where the only guide is your own curiosity and the land itself. Some discoveries should remain unspoiled, revealed only to those willing to seek them. Some mysteries are best left unanswered. The journey is as rich as the destination.

You want someone who sees what others miss. Someone who builds what others need. Someone open about the process yet wise enough to let wonder linger. To the code. To the field. To the quiet places where the wind through the pines tells its own story. That is what I bring.
